World’s reaction on DPRK nuke test : Diplomatic solution is possible

Members of the stalled six party talks have openly condemned the DPRK's nuclear test, and some have called for a firm response from the UN Security Council. Meanwhile, others have reiterated that the door to a diplomatic resolution is still open.
Chinese ambassador to the U.N. Wang Guangya reiterated his position that a strong reaction is necessary--but a diplomatic solution is still possible.

And while Russia condemned the nuclear test, it still hoped the DPRK could return to negotiations.
