More than 35-hundred Rwandan soldiers and around 1-thousand-300 Ugandan troops have been pursuing the rebels after their leader refused to sign a peace deal.
Kinshasa still has no formal diplomatic relations with the two countries, and the young president has come under heavy criticism from political opponents and allies for allowing foreign troops into the country.
