A team of U.S. nuclear experts has left Beijing for Pyongyang to hold talks on disabling the DPRK'S main nuclear reactor.
The visit follows the latest round of Six-Party Talks in late September in Beijing. At the meeting, the DPRK agreed to disable its Yongbyon complex and declare all its nuclear programmes by the end of this year.
U.S. team leader Sung Kim says he is looking forward to "a very productive visit." The team includes technical experts from various U.S. government departments. They will be in the DPRK for a week to put in place a plan for Yongbyon's disablement.
